Aside from yesterday when I discovered and shared Fe Noel and Andrea Iyamah, I haven’t been this excited to share a designer in….well, let’s just say so long I can’t even remember. Meet Elora, my new fashion designer obsession. Think bold, colorful kaftans, robes, maxi dresses, wildly luxurious-looking – but surprisingly affordable (most pieces under $100!). See 8 favorites below!

Do You Have a Favorite Piece?

That first yellow robe coat went in my cart immediately. It’s called an abaya, which I learned via my friend Wikipedia is:

“a simple, loose over-garment, essentially a robe-like dress, worn by some women in parts of the Muslim world including in North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula.[1] Traditional abayat are black and may be either a large square of fabric draped from the shoulders or head or a long kaftan.”

You know I can’t resist a good kaftan or robe coat situation. And these colors are so magical, the shapes so voluminous.

A heads up that they ship anywhere in the world and the sizes are in UK sizes – you can see the size chart here.

I’ve linked eight of my favorite pieces, from robes to co-ords, maxi dresses to kaftans, but be sure to click through to their site to see so much more, including jumpsuits, pants, skirt and tops.

I’d love to know if you have a favorite piece!

p.s. I look forward to the day I can wear some of these pieces to Modernism Week parties and Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic. It WILL happen xo!
