caftan c/o | hat | sunnies c/o

I live in caftans like most people live in yoga pants. They’re so effortless and keep you cool when it’s hot and, dare I say, much cuter and more comfy than yoga pants? Since it’s pretty much summer year-round in Palm Springs, I’ll be wearing this lemon caftan for many months to come, but since it’s all about sweaters and parkas in Fashion Land, you can snag it on sale – woot woot! So much great stuff is on sale this time of year that you can wear now since it’s still summer for weeks to come, plus on future vacays when the weather turns so cold that you need to escape somewhere warm (may I suggest Palm Springs?).

It’s no secret I have this thing with lemons.

But I also couldn’t resist this pom-pom hat.

It’s from FrenchBaskets on Etsy, who also has the cutest wicker baskets and bags handwoven from palm leaf (I scooped up this pom-pom basket, this round wicker bag and this French market basket). Also shout out to my new Jonathan Adler sunnies. Am I the only one who can’t get enough of white sunglasses?
