I’ve literally worn this polka dot dress a million times since April, when my sweet mama sent it for my birthday. I’ve traipsed around the desert in it, met friends for lunch in it, picnicked in it, explored Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Singapore and Australia in it, even been snapped by street style photogs wearing it (thanks, Mom!). This dress has seen it all.
When the weather’s warm, an easy breezy dress can’t be beat (and don’t hate me for this, but it was in the 80s all weekend long). So it was the first thing I reached for on a toasty Friday night for the Stamberg Aferiat book party at The Saguaro to kick off Palm Springs Modernism Week, followed by shenanigans at The Ace. Since I was on the PS ModSquad, I needed to dress it up a little though, which is where these sparkling heels came in to play…
See how I wore it here…
A pop of red on my nails and glittering heels gave what’s become my go-to dress a retro feel…which felt just right for Palm Springs.
What’s your go-to look?
What I’m Wearing:
Sole Society ‘Stella’ heels (a steal at under $50)
House of Harlow cuff
Rossmore LA heart earrings c/o
WHBM bow ring (similar here)
Revlon Siren lipstick
