While New York Fashion Week has come to a close, London Fashion Week is in full swing. And the Brits never disappoint. I’ve been perusing the collections online and elatedly stumbled across designer Holly Fulton. Have you heard of her? Me either. But that’s no way to talk about my new favorite designer.
Holly Fulton’s fall 2011 collection is great, so I popped by her website to see what’s on offer for spring (a.k.a. right now), as I find myself in the very fun and enviable position (and by enviable I mean I’m actually a little jealous of myself) of having many champagne-fueled parties to attend in the coming weeks — an Oscar party at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, a friend’s movie premiere at South by Southwest, Emily Henderson’s Secrets from a Stylist launch party. Which brings up the age-old question: What am I going to wear?! If I had my way, the answer would be exhibits A thru F above (particularly the pitch-perfect printed dress at top left that seems made for my kindred spirit and style icon Kelly Wearstler, as well as the cloud-like shift and fabulous yellow A-line frock). Unfortunately, Holly Fulton doesn’t appear to be available in the US or online just yet. But Holly, if you’re reading this, call me (and by call, I mean email)! What do you think, my lovelies? Do you adore Holly Fulton as much as I do?
