I’m Team Sequins all the way, but there’s a right way to do sequins and a wrong way. Dishing on the rules of sequins below + where to get this dress, which would make the perfect holiday party dress!
THE RIGHT + WRONG WAY TO WEAR SEQUINS
I’m not big on “fashion rules” but in general, there’s a right way and a wrong way to wear sequins (if you ask me). But again, you do you.
The wrong way — spoiler alert — is short and tight. That can easily read tacky or trashy, dontcha think?
The right way: this sequin dress — long, loose and very Rachel Zoe-y.
PREPARE TO FREAK OUT + THE PERFECT HOLIDAY PARTY DRESS
I just read it’s 100 days until Christmas. Can that be right?!
This would be such a fun holiday party dress, wouldn’t it? Wait until you see how the light hits it — it’s magical, like you’re a human disco ball.
Oh, and the lining underneath is lilac, which is such a beautiful surprise.
Do you love this dress too?
I linked it below, plus a cute copper sequin dress that is super chic too.
Which do you prefer?
