Isn’t it funny the things that make us instantly smitten? Like these pink lettuce plates. Are they something I need? No. Will my life be complete without them? Absolutely not. Based on the iconic designs of Dodie Thayer, the Pottery Queen of Palm Beach, Tory Burch has reissued the 1960s lettuce ware in green, white and pink. They’re all SO chic! Do you have a favorite color and piece? Here’s what I’ll be scooping up…

WHAT I PLAN TO SCOOP UP FROM THE LETTUCE WARE COLLECTION
What do I plan to scoop up from the Dodie Thayer x Tory Burch Lettuce Ware collection?
Everything!
Just kidding, I wish.
Fred Baby would probably kill me, as we already have too many plates and such.
PRETTY IN PINK PITCHER
But, we don’t have a pitcher. And we do need one. So this pretty pink lettuce pitcher is coming home to mama!
Plus, you can use it as a vase for flowers. Win-win!
Hot tip: The pitcher is $148 in green and white here, but for some reason is only $98 in pink here! Scoop it up before that error is noticed. 😉 Lest out think that’s pricey for a pitcher, there’s an original Dodie Thayer green lettuce pitcher going for $1800 right now on eBay.
CANAPE PLATES
We host far more cocktail parties than we do dinner parties, and I like to serve small bites on canapé plates, therefore I plan to pick up a set of pink lettuce canapé plates and green canapé plates.
Which color do you like best: green, white, or pink?
I love them all and think it would be fun to mix and match.
SOUP TUREEN
That said, entertaining season is almost upon us and I have dreams of using that lettuce tureen for Thanksgiving and holiday shindigs.
So chic, right?
Don’t you love how they filled it with flowers in the picture on the top right?
CANDLE STICKS
Finally, don’t these green lettuce candlesticks resemble palm trees? Would be fun to add height to the dining table or credenza with these cuties.
Okay, tell me your favorite pieces and favorite color(s)!
